Salyant Ltd Salyant Signal

Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of Salyant Signal, provided by Salyant Ltd (company number 16837676, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX). By requesting or using an audit you agree to them.

1. The service

Signal automatically fetches the public page you submit after validating its destination, or runs a bounded same-origin crawl of up to five pages, and returns a report based on observable technical SEO, answer-engine (AEO) and AI-search (GEO) readiness signals. The audit is an automated diagnostic, not a manual service review. Automated publishing and live AI-provider execution are not part of this preview. A paid audit begins only after payment is verified by the server.

2. No guarantee of results

Recommendations are based on what we can observe at the time of the audit. Search engines and AI systems change often and are outside our control, so we cannot promise any ranking, traffic, citation or sales result. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on a recommendation.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Pricing and payment

One complimentary audit is available per normalised email-address and website-domain pair. After that, a single-page audit costs £5 and a crawl of up to five same-origin pages costs £15 during early access, unless a different plan is agreed in writing. Where Stripe Checkout is enabled, the charge is a one-time payment and does not start a subscription. The server verifies the completed payment before running the paid audit. If checkout is not configured or fails, no payment is taken; contact Salyant to arrange the paid request and fulfilment manually. Prices are in pounds sterling; VAT is added where it applies. Subscription prices shown in the dashboard are indicative and are not self-serve purchases.

5. Cancelling and refunds

For a checkout payment, contact Salyant if you need to cancel or request a refund. Where the service has not started, we will review a cancellation request for a full refund. If you ask us to begin straight away, your statutory rights may depend on the applicable consumer or business rules and whether the service has been fully delivered. If a delivered audit is materially not what was described, contact us and we will review the issue and an appropriate correction or refund.

6. Intellectual property

You keep your rights in your website and content. Salyant Ltd owns Signal, its software and its branding. You may use your report for your own business and share it with your advisers and clients.

7. Availability

Signal is in early access and may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. We will aim to give notice of material changes.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, traffic or data, or for indirect loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the audit concerned.

9. Privacy

How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may use your local courts.
